Maybe. But what I miss in business, I gain in family time and decompression.
:-) Plus, we'll be trying to market the idea that folks can pick up a
family-sized order on Saturday which can be re-heated and ready-to-eat
without draggin' everyone out to fetch dinner. If we see that business is
just too good to pass up on Sundays, we may switch to being closed on
Mondays..... which is usually the slowest day of the week for
food-away-from-home purchases.
