I don't get it? A "local brewery" is advertising it and you want to

"American" has been a brand of Pittsburgh since the heyday of beer can
collecting (when they were selling what seemed like dozens of brands-
similar to General's marketing on the West Coast, at the same time).
They list it as a "popular price" brand (i.e, real cheap).

Well, since "skunking" is a by-product of beer being exposed to light,
it must be REALLY sunny at your picnic for that little hole in the top
