Try "calve's liver". They still sell it in some stores. I had it
right outta a recently butchered steer (that day). Changed my mind,
ferever!, and I was only 9 yrs old and hated liver.
OTOH, I stopped eating liver when I found out the 'liver' filters out
all yer toxic crap and stores some of it. Bleah! 8|
