Ice water. Except at breakfast, it's what I drink with almost all of
my meals. I very rarely feel thirsty, so I have a timer set on my phone
to remind me every couple of hours to drink water. At work I make
do with chilled tap water from the drinking fountain, but at home
it's a glass of ice water. Although this time of year the ice
is barely needed; the water from the tap is about 40 F.
