Chuck steaks have been my favorite forever, much more flavorful than a
'blah' ribeye. I usually buy those with the bone, about 1 1/4" thk,
wonderful on a HOT grill, the only beef steak I enjoy rare.
Chuck steak used to be very inexpensive but no longer, people without
TIAD have caught on.
