Depends what's in the fridge...
leeks, mushrooms, celery, carrots, parsley, sage, rosemary, lemon thyme,
salt, pepper. Cream. And of course, chicken.

Hmm I got that far except for the herbs and celery. I use few herbs
because his lordship isn't keen
