Here in Cincinnati they have an big annual fireworks show down by the river the
Sunday night before Labor Day, but I'll just watch it on TV as I don't like
large crowds of people.

I just started a new diet and exercise regimen which includes more fruit and
veggies and less calories/carbs/fat, so maybe I'll steam some salmon and
veggies, and for dessert perhaps some fresh raspberries.
