Fig and Walnut Crostada
I made a food processor butter pastry, rolled it out in one layer and
filled it with quartered figs that had been tossed in a tablespoon of
sugar, 1T cornstarch and the juice of half a Meyer lemon. I meant to
include a couple tablespoons of melted butter, but forgot - so I
dotted it with butter before baking.
