Drunk driving in a criminal offense in Canada, so the limit is set
federally at 0.08. Several provinces have roadside suspension to 0.05
to 0.08. In SK the roadside suspension level is 0.04.

There are a lot of factors that are taken into account to guesstimate
your BAC,like size, weight, sex, whether or not you are eating food with
the booze, and how well your liver is working to metabolize the alcohol.
While size is naturally a factor it also depends on whether you are
well muscled or flabby. People with lower body fat will have a lower
BAC. Women will have a higher BAC than an equal sized male because they
tend to have a higher percentage of fat and they lack the enzyme that
helps to break down alcohol in the stomach.
