for reheating, as I don't have a toaster oven, I'll often just put the
slices in a skillet/frying pan, over a low/medium heat on the stove (like
you might use for grilled cheese), with a cover on it for a few minutes,
and it toasts up the bottom and heats and melts the cheese on top.
