Aren't there two schools of thought on the subject? You can always
have coleslaw on the side. I like coleslaw with it (no preference
between on the plate or in the bun - I like it both ways)... but mine
is made with a sweet & sour dressing (not a creamy one). The idea of
putting Southern style pulled pork dressed with BBQ sauce in a
tortilla wrap is just plain weird. Carnitas, yes. BBQ, no.
