I'm not sure where you are again, Janet, Iowa? Anyway, we have horrible
humidity here in MD and I don't even feel like cooking. Just eating
whatever is easy, like some pistachio nuts and a few cold raw veggies.
The humidity is killing me when I have to go out. I think a combo of
menopause and the HRT that isn't figured out right yet and making things
worse, plus my body is just too weak and any energy expended causes
overheating. Ugh. I'm sorry for the TMI. Just miserable here.
