Hmm, I might just do that. I do smoke trout sometimes but usually
gently cook them in butter and lemon juice.

You too Janet. I neglected to say before how good your dinner sounds!
I have some mozzarella in the fridge at the moment, but lack most of
the other ingredients. I like the idea of the hollowed out roll with
bratwurst, etc.
