I had it in my foot from too much exercise and wearing Bass Weejuns. I had a
high dose of Ibuprofen but I was unable to rest it like I should due to my
job. Weird thing is, the Dr. was going to send me to physical therapy where
he said they would pack my foot in ice. I didn't want that. Woke up the next
morning and the pain was gone.
