Sadly, too true!

We had an Appleby's in our town. Served the best fish n' chips I've
ever experienced. Big ol' fat chunks of cod, breaded to perfection,
and good chips (Frenchfries). Five miles down the road was another
--and newer-- Appleby's. Their fish n' chips was horrible. Inedible,
in fact. Basically, breaded talapia and served cold. Ick!
