Buffet at my son's in-laws. Ham and a rack of lamb are the stars of
the show. I know for sure that My DIL's GF is making a potato
casserole that consists of frozen hash browns and canned soup... it
sounds terrible and eats like crack She made two huge trays of it
last year and they were picked clean.
I'm bringing two desserts: Tres Leches Flan and a walnut tart. The
flan always goes over well, but it's the first time I've made a walnut
tart. Hope it turns out the way I envisioned. I picked off a little
overflow and it's very sweet. I wasn't going to bring whipping cream,
but maybe I should.
