It's rainy and dreary here today, too. I have some butternut squash I
plan to roast but feel no great compunction to do anything with it
immediately.
Easter is just another day AFIAC. Today I don't have much of an
appetite. I also don't have a craving for anything in particular. I
might make quesadillas.
Enjoy your ham. My mother used to add ham to scalloped potatoes to make
a one-dish meal. They're a natural together.
