Dinner today - 3/27/16
The butt portion ham is in the smoker with hickory chips. I figure
it will be about 6 hours before ready. I managed to get smoked while
putting the ham in. The rest of dinner today will be scalloped
potatoes and oven roasted butternut squash. That's it. Nothing
fancy. It's raining and dreary here but the smoker is on the covered
deck. It's the first time out for the smoker this season.
I suppose I could do a lemon soaked pound cake. That wouldn't be too
rich to go with the rest of the meal.
What are you guys doing?
