I grow baby corn here each spring. Just a small amount in pots
on my back porch. Lately, I've just been feeding the squirrels.

Baby corn is mainly for visual appeal in salads, imo. Taste one
by itself - it's not all that. Just substitute your favorite
mature corn kernals for stir fry or salads. Save your money
for other things.

I can buy them from my grocery store's salad bar but I don't.
I'm not paying $5.99/lb for stupid baby corn (mostly baby cob).
