You guys have any favorite Riced Cauliflower recipes?
Cauliflower, cooked, boiled, drained, without salt:
1/2 cup pieces
Load = 1
carbs = 2.7 g
fiber = 1.4 g
DO NOT subtract the fiber from the carbs! The fiber is there only
for your digestive track.
First off... Why did you have to share it? Did you think we did not
know about it or something? This is really nothing new.
And please do not tell us not to subtract the fiber. Someone who uses
insulin needs to subtract it.
