The Mexicans out in CA sure do. In fact, CA Mexicans LOVE rice in
their burritos, something I refuse to even order. Likewise, refritos
(refried beans), which I love. The most popular taqueria in town,
frequented by mostly blue collar illegals, was extremely popular.
Mainly cuz it served huge portions of rice and refritos, which were
both filling and nutritious ....and mostly "cheap"!
