I have two pepper mills. One was a nice looking combination salt shaker
and pepper mill made of teak. It grinds pepper very fine and there is no
adjustment. The other is a Trudeau acrylic similar to this one:

You can adjust the grind by not tightening the cap quite as much, but it
adjusts from coarse to very coarse.
