The slow cooker makes it easy for me to be even more negligent in the foods I cook. It's fire and forget cooking.
OTOH, my wife texted me saying the laulau is "Epic Crazy Delish." OTOH, she wasn't sure if it was chicken or pork. That's Epic Crazy! BTW, it's pork, and it's spectacular. Hee hee.
