Spot the obvious lie. You LIVE in Scotland, surely you can't seriously
believe any local went out in midwinter with bare arms in a sleeveless T
shirt?

I live on Arran, a Scottish island neighbouring Bute; I can see Bute
from my kitchen window. The reception the refugees have had there is
warm and hospitable (a notable feature of the islands). There are 15
refugee families in a population of 6,500.

"Island of Bute gives refugees a warm Scottish welcome as they arrive
on island to start new lives".
