Variation on my Monk's Breakfast, and YUM!!!!
I'm out of my home made "baked beans", so for breakfast this AM I'm having some chopped ham sprinkled with a little cayenne pepper, cooked brown rice, raisins for sweetness and a drizzle of good soy sause (not too salty) and a little shot of water to moisten, then nuked in a covered glass bowl!
Not fancy, but delicious!! I have some dried beans soaking to make another batch of my "baked beans this evening, but I may switch my daily breakfast if beans and rice with chopped ham with this! Occasionally, one thing does become a rut after a while!
