I have a rack of lamb for two in the freezer and I will cook that,
nice and medium rare. There will be a baked potato and salad to go
with.

I'm mulling over what to make for dessert - either a mini-cheesecake
of some kind or molton chocolate cakes. I've got ingredients in the
house for just about any dessert you can name, so I'll be able to
decide at the last minute if necessary.
