My way to prepare fish is to pan fry it. I hardly have to tell you all,
accomplished cooks, how to do that. But is it bad to be here and learn
stuff? These days, I'm trying ideas for beans, maybe mainly coming from
the Americans here, since they're neighbours of the Mexicans.
I've already experimented successfully with refried beans and I'm still
going to do something Cuban with black beans, that sf posted.
