Default Costco has chili now!

Sounds like a good idea. As far as I know it's not served here. It's probably because chili is served with rice in Hawaii and Costco would have to implement a system of handling cooked rice. That might take some doing at a corporate level. OTOH, serving rice opens a whole new slew of menu items possible. They could serve chili with hot dogs and rice or rice and roasted chicken. Of course, this would disrupt that well-oiled, limited menu, food service system they already have in place.
