I thought you just wrote you are supposed to sit up but not stand on
your feet. I truly cannot keep up with the medical stuff.

I'm pretty sure no one knows exactly what you bought since the link
didn't work. You keep call it "them" but if it's not steaks sorry, no
clue based on your description.
