Highly evolved? Perhaps, but that has nothing to do with pain.
Sentient? Oh please - can we have some evidence? The idea that a lobster is
sentient is really silly. I bet you think that cockroaches, spiders, and
millipedes are sentient too.
Why is the idea stupid - because you do not agree with it? If you think that
they do, fine, don't cook them, but if you want others to act on your
beliefs you need to provide some evidence (and not those feeble-minded web
sites about lobster "screams").
