I don't need to think about it. Although I have never seen my one cat on
the counter, I know that the other one does at least take treats down if
they are left out. A knife on a magnetic holder has the sharp part exposed.
I would not want a cat to accidentally get hurt on that. Just like I have
the rule that if you use a sharp knife, you wash it and put it right back.
I do not want to find it loose, sitting in the sink.

I considered those, but determined that they wouldn't work well in my
cupboard.
