Really? I never knew that. My mother came from a region near the
Ukraine and she told me about eating Chicken Kiev when she lived
there. She called it "a national dish" and said that she missed it
when she married my father, who came from a kosher background and
didn't mix meat and dairy. She also missed smoked pork butt. )
