Yes, they always come out right. One of my favorites!! I invented it too! Always have had problems with the soft consistency of the ganache. Hard to work with, sticky when warm! So I keep it frozen and take small chunks out on a frozen plate for dipping. I do the same thing for Mints, which I have a frozen Mint fondant in the freezer waiting!
