I would not put any dressing on the salad. Pick up 2 or 3 small
bottles of dressing and set them on the side. Also a bottle of oil
and one of vinegar. It may be that some people don't like dressing on
their salad, don't care for the dressing you choose or can't eat the
ingredients you have chosen. At lease if you put out the bottles they
can read the ingredients if they have problems.
