WHEW! Seeing that subject line, for a moment I thought you were
now calling me "honey" ;-o

Thanks for the info. I'll look at it. Read my other post though -
this was just an experiment. I'm not really after something that
I desire. I'm just playing with food

I DO want to get off my butt and experiment and come up with a very
good honey-bourbon bbq sauce for chicken and beef though. I bought the
pint of bourbon almost 2 months ago and it's still sitting, unopened
in my pantry, next to a new jar of orange blossom honey.
