Because it got eaten!!!! I didn't eat it. I'd just like to come up with
one meal that we can all eat. And she will eat this so we can all have
tacos. I open a can of beans every day. Nothing new there.

So? It's not necessary to cook the meat fresh for taco salads. I cook a
pound or two at a time and if there is too much excess, I portion it out for
the freezer.
