Yeah, I did taste test a little bit first to see if it was sour or smelled
bad, but it seemed fine. Cooked it up with some ginger, brown sugar, sake,
5-spice, cornflower, shoyu sauce and 4 drops of Dave's Insanity Sauce. Made
for a very nice chicken (with two peppers and spring onions) stir-fry.

Mind you, I think the DIS has the ability to kill any known germ. It does a
pretty good job of trying to kill humans who are silly enough to take it
neat in large amounts!!
