1 env active dry yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1 eggs (lightly beaten)
41/2 cups all-purpose flour (sifted)
2 tbsps melted butter (for brushing rolls)
