That garage has the opening for critters. I will keep that house in
the garage and it will contain lots of bedding. I'm not going to make
it too comfortable, no heating pads, I don't want to encourage
preditors to take up residense there. I don't know if the cats will
use that house, they spend time up in the rafters where they are
safe... at night they are in their heated houses on my deck... they
appreciate those heated houses, winters here are brutal. I made that
garage my gardening shed, houses my small tractor and gardening tools,
plus a small shop in the rear. It's handy because it's close to my
vegetable garden, and also closer to my house than my barn... I like
having that small tractor close by as it enables me transportation
around all these acres, otherwise I'd spend all my time and energy
walking all those distances carrying heavy items and I'd never get
anything done.
