Janet UK, I think the spices were on a 2-level kitchen island. Note
the tall bar stools in the foreground. It would not be where I would
keep them...for one thing, they should be in a dark place, especially
the ones that don't get used very often, so they don't deteriorate in
the light. For another, they take up too much usable space there, and
they make clutter.
