Oh Pshaw. I love chicken and have chicken breast meat 3-4 times a week.
Most often it is deboned and skin removed. Maybe you guys just don't
know how to cook it but it works for me. In days gone by I found it
tough and flavourless, but then I learned not to cook it as much.
