Not being into sous vide, yet, I do a pretty simple cook.
I pan-fry the breasts for jes long enough to put a brown on both
sides, then I put the oven-proof pan w/ breasts (no lid) ina 325 deg F
oven for about 10-20 mins (depending on size).
