My parents always had rhubarb in the garden and everyone in the family
loved it. We had rhubarb pies (not *******ized with strawberry) and
stewed rhubarb. We even nibbled on it straight out of the garden.
I have never managed to convert my wife to liking rhubarb in any form.
She will occasionally eat a small piece of pie made with the first
tender stalks of spring, but is usually it for her for the year.
