I have one and use it quite often. It is handy when you get quantities
of stuff on sale cheap and need to protect it in the freezer. My wife
gets a special aged cheese in a local produce store that shuts down for
three months in the winter. I buy her a big block of it, cut it into
smaller pieces and vacuum pack them with it.
