I made lasagna stuffed bell peppers last night. The filling was
ricotta, spinach and various cheeses mixed with an egg. A meaty red
sauce went on top of that and everything was topped off with more
grated cheeses. I gave hubby pasta (his choice) and I had slices of a
nice crusty bread that was piping hot from the oven. I will make that
again.
