They are typically in the 60-80 cent per pound range here. This place
always has a lower price, but they also have lower quality bananas. They
tend to be ripe and on the verge of overripe, so I only get a few at a
time. However, as I pointed out before, when I questioned selling by the
piece instead of by weight she checked and I was right.
