Yup! Meantime, I am about to make some coleslaw. I do the savory, not
sweet sort.
I'll chop up about 3 cups raw cabbage, add what I have for black
olives, about 1/2 cup raw onion (I am out of red, will be regular
yellows this time), mayo until it looks right to us, and then i stop
and decide whiich of my several mustards to use. Based on that we add
black pepper, probably garlic powder, cumin and let her rest (spices
will vary with the mustard).
Alternative spicing based on the mustard might be a Jamaican curry
blend or one of my other curry blends.
