The placement of the thermostat. In bake or roast mode, the temperature
swings are huge - +/- 50F!! In convection mode, which I now use all the
time, it stays on temp. Furthermore, there is no indicator to tell you
that the oven has reached the set temp. The door hinges are weak and
I've had to have them replaced.
It was the first Bosch oven made (in Italy) to US dimensions. I bought
it on reputation as I did the DW.
