My inlaws lived in one for a decade. Unlike their single family home,
it was brand new, and nothing needed fixing. They lived across from the
clubhouse/pool/park complex. It spurred them to clear out their junk.
But it was still roomy enough to host holiday dinners.

From there, they moved to an apartment in a building for seniors.
