I made that Persian Lamb Shank recipe, and I was so disappointed. I did not
like that combination of spices at all, and ended up rinsing them thoroughly
and chopped them up for dog food, froze the portions, and she is loving it.
I hate it when something turns out to be a bust after getting such a good
buy on them. LOL
